Eligibility Criteria

1. The enterprise shall have been established for no more than 2 years at the time of application.
2. The enterprise owns independent intellectual property rights (including patents, software copyrights, registered trademarks, etc.).
3. Priority will be given to enterprises with a cumulative revenue of over RMB 2 million since their establishment.
4. Priority will be given to enterprises with financing needs, especially those in the angel to Pre-A funding stage.
5. Priority will be given to enterprises in technology sectors such as next-generation information technology, artificial intelligence, biomedicine technology, and network information security technology.

Service Content

1. Complimentary Venue Support: For eligible seed-stage enterprises, the incubator will provide office space within 100 square meters for a 100-day free usage period.
2. Industry Resource Matching: For enterprises enrolled in the program, the incubator will offer industry resource matching services tailored to their needs, covering sectors such as new retail, information technology, cultural and creative education, and artificial intelligence, to facilitate their market expansion.
3. Investment and Financing Matching Services: The incubator has established in-depth partnerships with multiple investment institutions including Panyu Industrial Investment, Livzon Ventures, Qifu Capital and Wanhai Capital, and provides investment and financing matching services for participating enterprises.
4. Policy Application Support: The incubator will sort out relevant support policies issued by government authorities at provincial, municipal and district levels for program participants, and provide supporting services for policy application.
5. One-on-One Entrepreneurship Mentorship: Following a preliminary review of the enterprise, the incubator will assign 1–2 dedicated mentors based on the enterprise’s development status and needs, offering full-cycle follow-up guidance.
