Payment

Delivery Service
The Company cooperates with Hong Kong logistics providers to provide you with efficient and low-cost delivery services.
You must ensure that someone or an authorized person is responsible for receiving the product at the specified time on the delivery day.
Delivery services may be delayed due to heavy rain or inclement weather.
No delivery service will be provided on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and when the Hong Kong Observatory issues a black rainstorm warning or typhoon signal No. 8 or above.
3.1 SF Express – Self-pickup Service (Freight Collect) (Hong Kong local only)
Pickup points: Customers can currently choose SF stations or SF service centers.
Freight: Paid in "collect" form to SF when the customer picks up the goods, and the freight will not be reflected in the order. For charging details, please contact SF Express.
Time required: Approximately 2-3 working days; if convenience store pickup is selected, it may take longer.
Storage period: Customers generally need to pick up the goods within 2 working days after the product arrives at the pickup point. For details, please contact SF Express.
3.2 SF Express – Express Service (Freight Collect) (Hong Kong local only)
Customers can request the product to be delivered to a designated address; the cost of this service may be higher than the self-pickup service.
Freight: Paid in "collect" form to SF or its partner convenience stores when the customer picks up the goods, and the freight will not be reflected in the order. For charging details, please contact SF Express.
Time required: Approximately 2-3 working days.
Order Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
If the customer applies to cancel the order after the product has been packed, the balance will be refunded to the customer after deducting an administrative fee of HK$20.
If you find any problem with the product, you must notify the Company immediately. You must submit the relevant application within three working days after receipt of the goods.
The product photos on this website are for reference only, and there may be differences between the photos and the actual products due to photo quality. Any related differences cannot be used as reasons for applying for refunds or returns.
The Company has the final decision on all refund and return applications.
Force Majeure
If, due to any "force majeure" reasons (including natural disasters, fire, flood, casualty, accident, strike, labor dispute, labor shortage or shortage of skilled workers, shortage or lack of supply of products or raw materials, transportation delays or any other reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Company), the Company is unable to perform its responsibilities under this website, the Company shall not be liable to the extent of such hindrance.
