Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business.

Blue Fish wines are made in Niederkirchen, called Die Weinmacher (The Winemakers). 

Close to 200 families take care of the vineyards that supply the grapes for the wines. They are members of the cooperative that gave birth to Blue Fish. 

The growing area, called Mittelhaardt, is the northern district of Pfalz (Palatinate), the largest single Riesling growing appellation world wide.

TASTING NOTE
Colour: Soft rosé gold.
Savour: Great bouquet. Rich, exuberant, persistent. It seduces with an explosion of exotic fruits with a fine rose scent, complemented with citrus notes and spices like gingerbread, clove, peppermint and a hint of marzipan.
Taste: Sweet – On the palate, the wine is very fruity with a pleasant sweetness. Light, smooth and velvety it has a short and very refreshing finish.

An explosion of aromas of exotic fruits and flowers, citrus and spices.
