1. Wash hands before use.
2. Roll earplug into ball between palms of hands and flatten. To avoid risk of plug breaking off, do not shape into pointed cone. 
3. Gently pull ear upward to straighten ear canal. Place earplug in clean, dry ear. Flatten until earplug feels secure, yet comfortable. 
4. To remove, press up behind ear and lift edges of earplug carefully. Replace if plugs lose their tackiness or become soiled.

Removal:
To avoid damaging the ear canal, remove the earplug by gently twisting and slowly pull the earplug out of the ear canal. Sudden or fast removal of the ear plugs out of the ear canal may damage the ear drum.

Useful tips:
* By applying pressure, you can shape the earplugs to fit your ear. These earplugs cover only the entrance of the ear, instead of getting into the ear canal. 
* No strips or cone, do not tear into pieces.
* Follow the above instruction and make earplugs an airtight seal covering the ear entrance, otherwise it will not function properly.
* Earplugs can be cleaned with non-oil based soap and water after each use. 
* Silicone earplugs are waterproof and can help prevent swimmer's ear if worn properly.

Warning:
If you have a skin irritation in your ear canal, please contact your physician before use. Keep out of the reach of children. There is a risk of choking if the plug is stuck in the windpipe.
